PRESS RELEASE – RAY WHITE

She has done it again and taken the top place in the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate for the fifth year in a row.

The Ray White Balwyn Director was thrilled when she heard the news and put the win down to her hard work and honesty.

“It’s an honour to be recognised as the top female agent in Australia five times running. I would not have gotten here without valuing good customer service, honesty and hard work,” Ms Yan said.

“It just goes to show that if you put in the effort then you get the results and I am humbled to be acknowledged for all the hard work I have put in.”

When asked about how she has fared over the past few months Ms Yan said that while there have been difficulties, she is still committed to going above and beyond for her clients.

“It’s been a tough time this year but we will get through, no question at all. We are ready to hit the ground running and keep working as hard as we need to.”

According to REB, Ms Yan total sales volume was $184,760,700 with an average sale price of $2,338,743 across 79 residential properties of a total 135 listings.

Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White congratulated Helen Yan on her sustained success.

“We’re incredibly blessed to have some of the top female agents in the industry as part of the Ray White family. Helen Yan is one of the hardest working agents in the business and to see her honoured again and again by REB for her outstanding commitment to her clients is wonderful,’’ Mr White said.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated Ms Yan on her long-term success.

“Helen Yan represents the top female performer in a group of amazing high performers. These women are raising the bar for all women to follow,” he said.

“Helen has been making headlines in the business world for some time now and she’s an inspiration to many. Everyone at Ray White is very proud of her success. We look forward to supporting her ambitions into the future.”

Ms Yan was not the only Ray White agent to be recognised as one of Australia’s top female agents with Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont Principal Vivien Yap coming in fifth.

Ms Yap was also ranked the number one female agent in Western Australian by REB.

“I am so proud to be included in the top five best female real estate agents across Australia and to be considered among so many other hard working women in the industry is an honour,” Ms Yap said.

“Also being the top female agent in Western Australia carries a lot of weight, hopefully I can carry the torch for younger women and show them that anything is possible. Just keep reaching because dreams do come true.”

Over the past year, the Western Australian Principal sold 66 of her 99 secured listings to record a total sales volume of $133,967,276 and averaged $2,029,807 per sale.

The REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking provides pivotal insight into the achievements of female agents.

The metrics used to generate the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking include the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value.

Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against her peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top ranked women agents in the country.
