The home of one of Australia’s most notorious serial killers has sold well below market.

The Kewdale home where Claremont murderer Bradley Robert Edwards spent much of his life was sold in October, property records have revealed.

The run down three-bedroom home was sold for $390,000 in October after 28 days on the market via an expressions of interest campaign with Craig Goodridge of Welsh Real Estate.

The median price for a three-bedroom home in Kewdale, in southeast Perth is $470,000 according to realestate.com.au.

The home sits on a large 794 sqm block near sought-after Tomato Lake.

There were concerns the home may become an attraction for unwanted tourists.

But it has had a demolition order place on it, due to its dilapidated state including a collapsed ceiling.

According to The West Australian, proceeds from the home will go towards paying off some of Edwards’ legal feeds.
