Sunshine Coast $450m ACTVENTURE resort and theme park development moves a step closer

Earlier this month Developer Sanad Capital, met with Queensland’s Tourism Minister the Honourable Kate Jones to review progress of the ACTVENTURE Resort development on the Sunshine Coast’s Steve Irwin Way.

ACTVENTURE is a proposed $450m integrated lifestyle, tourist and active theme park development and the only major integrated tourism resort on the Sunshine Coast, located at 2652 Steve Irwin Way.

Sanad Capital expects to lodge the Development Application for the ACTVENTURE Resort and finalise discussions with potential operators in the coming weeks.​
