The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is open for inspection this Saturday before it goes to auction on Saturday, April 10.

The property is advertised as a “light-filled architecturally designed warehouse”, which has “a peaceful executive sanctuary with an emphasis on alfresco entertaining”.
