As pre-auction jitters build ahead of next weekend’s grand finale of The Block, fans may wonder just who out there is in the market to splash $2.5 million on a luxury apartment in St Kilda.

While the renovation of the dilapidated Gatwick has been beamed into lounge rooms across the nation, it has been business as usual for the real estate agencies handling the sale of each apartment.
