THE BLOCK: What really happened in the show’s cheating scandal

While we don’t know when the auctions will be yet, we know these houses are going to be going under the hammer soon.

Here’s everything we know so far about this year’s auctions.

Who are the real estate agents representing the teams for auction?

Aside from the all-important auction order, which one team will be picking again this year after winning the Domain Super Power, the agents are the other big factor for auction.

Here’s which agents are representing the five houses on Bronte Court this year.

House 1: Jenny Dwyer and David Wood from Belle Property Sandringham

House 2: Michael TownsendTracey Paus and Josh Stirling from McGrath St Kilda

House 4: Kevin Chokshi and Elise Russell from Ray White Cheltenham

House 5: Halli Moore, John Rombotis and Michelle Gagêt from Buxton Real Estate Brighton

What is the price guide for The Block 2021 homes?

The homes on Bronte Court range in price for a couple of reasons. House 1, House 2, House 3 and House 4 all have a guide ranging from $2.6 million to $2.8 million.

Over on the other side of the road, House 5 — which is the only two storey home this year — has a guide of $3.2 million to $3.4 million.

Who will be picking the auction order?

This year the team who finishes with the most points from the Room Reveals will score the Domain Super Power.

The winning team will win the power to determine the auction order and land their home on the front cover of the Domain magazine.

Ronnie and Georgia are currently sitting in the top spot, with a score of 304.5. With one Room Reveal to go this season, it’s looking very likely that the All Star couple will be calling the shots when it comes to auction.
