Aaron Wilson, the co-founder of burger and craft beer chain Ze Pickle, has listed his contemporary Palm Beach pad in Queensland that features a number of luxe inclusions.

Marketed by Alex Passos of Passos, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 2/20 Marlin Court will delight car enthusiasts with a “full hydraulic car lift system” and a Tesla charging facility.

The state-of-the-art car system allows for the rotation and storage of up to four cars in the garage, while the Tesla charging facility with its 13kw solar system means the buyer will “essentially drive for free”.

Designed with the help of lead architect Shane Denman, the property is described on the listing as a “contemporary build with painstaking attention to every detail”.

The interiors boast suspended burnished concrete floors in the kitchen and living area, hand-blown artisan lighting shades, fingerprint-entry door handles, brass tapware and electric sheer curtains.

Indonesian Sukabumi stone also feature in all of the bathrooms and outdoor pool, while Queensland Blackbutt wood is a prominent design detail on the upstairs level.

Entertaining is at the forefront of the home with a “sunken outdoor hideout”, a pool, spa, barbecue area, landscaped gardens and putting green.

There is also a cinema room, a pontoon to dock a boat, and direct beach access.

The property is scheduled to go to auction at 10.30am on Saturday May 27 without a price guide. Queensland law prohibits agents from setting price guides for homes going to auction.

Domain’s latest data reveals the median price for a four-bedroom home in Palm Beach is $1.665 million.

Aaron Wilson co-founded Ze Pickle in 2012 alongside Joey Day and Nathan Zukerman. They opened their first store in Burleigh Heads, followed by stores in Brisbane and Sydney in the following years.
