A country estate, a place by the beach, a home in the city – ultra high-net-worth Australians own an average of 2.3 homes for their use but predictions forecast that they’re likely to buy more in the near future.

“Over the coming years we see this moving closer to the current global average of 2.9 homes,” Knight Frank’s head of residential research Australia Michelle Ciesielski says, after the release of the company’s “Prime Global Cities Index Q1 2018”
