It’s been three weeks since the Federal election but Sydney’s prestige agents are still continuing to attribute improved auction results to the re-election of Scott Morrison’s government.
“SOLD, SOLD, SOLD — great night of auctions with 100 per cent clearance rate from Bellevue Hill to Woollahra and over at Queens Park,” Georgia Cleary of BradfieldCleary screamed out in an Instagram post today.
All the results were above reserve, with competition and prices higher than offers that were made in an off-market period leading up to the auction and Ms Cleary highlighted the importance of choosing a “great” agent and a good marketing plan.
