Independent private school Redlands has splurged more than $25 million to expand the footprint of its Cremorne campus and becoming a financial cash cow to neighbouring home owners in the process.

Four houses and three apartments have been snapped up this year alone by the exclusive co-educational school that has long grappled with being landlocked by three roads.
