If you want an insight into why Mosman Park attracts so many of Perth’s high-flyers, slip on your walking shoes and head out to the walking and cycling path that hugs the Swan River and connects Peppermint Grove to the north to Fremantle in the south.

The path wends its way through tracts of waterfront parkland, skirts the golf club and passes impressive mansions commanding some of the city’s top prices.

Mosman Park is not only a favourite with boaties who access its many piers but with those seeking sand and surf, with the suburb crossing the Stirling Highway and laying claim to one of the city’s favourite dog-friendly beaches.
