The Reserve Bank governor has given the strongest indication yet that interest rates will be cut in June. But even with interest rates already at record lows, many would-be first home buyers still have trouble getting into the property market. One of the few policies the Coalition took to the election was a scheme to lower the amount first home buyers need to save to buy a property.
