ALL eyes were expected to be on a tiny block of land in Freshwater at 9am on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The 155.7sq m block had earned the title of the most searched property online in Australia during its pre-auction marketing campaign \u2014 thanks largely to its price guide of $500,000, almost unheard of for the popular seaside suburb.<\/p>\n
