FORGET clothes, shoes, iPhones and drones, all some Melburnians want for Christmas is to finally sell their home.<\/p>\n

\n

About 100 properties from across the city listed on realestate.com.au have been for sale for more than a year, with some languishing on the market for almost two.<\/p>\n

Richmond resident Jenny Nguyen\u2019s stylish three-bedroom townhouse at\u00a039 Cutter St\u00a0<\/a>has been on the market for more than 400 days. That\u2019s a lot of cleaning for inspections.<\/p>\n
