That\u2019s an average of 92 homes per week.<\/p>\n<p>In total, he sold $US1.9 billion worth of real estate that year (the most recent year data is available), making him\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/rankings\/real-trends-1000-individuals-by-volume-2018\">the top real-estate agent in the US<\/a>, according to Real Trends, a residential brokerage industry publication. He\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/real-estate-agent-ben-caballero-named-guinness-world-record-holder-300649738.html\">was recognised by Guinness World
