Perth\u2019s property market looks set for a year of slow improvement amid reduced access to finance, low population growth and oversupply in some suburbs, experts say.<\/p>\n

And most key local industry players agree the worst is over for Perth\u2019s residential market.<\/p>\n

It comes as\u00a0Perth\u2019s median house price remained flat over the three months to December, according to the latest\u00a0Domain House Price Report<\/a><\/em>, but still fell\u00a03.3 per cent over the year.<\/a>\u00a0The median unit price fell 2.9 per cent over the 12 months.<\/p>\n
