The developer, who\u2019s worth $9.2 billion according to the\u00a0<a title=\"Bloomberg Billionaires Index\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/billionaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg Billionaires Index<\/a>, plans to push on with expansion, even as the Sydney property market slides deeper into the doldrums.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf prices fall, I\u2019ll buy the land cheaper,\u201d Australia\u2019s second-richest person said with a wave of his hand. \u201cAs long as you don\u2019t lose your cool.
