Robertson, 22, of Crest Hill<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SYCAMORE \u2013 A Crest Hill woman accused of duping two women into paying her $350 to sublease a DeKalb apartment she had no right to is free on her signature.<\/p>\n<p>Shekia L. Robertson, 22, whose last listed address in court records is in the 2200 block of Jasmine Circle Drive, has been charged with two counts of theft by deception.
