From Geelong to buying and renovating on the Mornington Peninsula, KWD (Kate Walker Design) founder Kate Walker has learnt from her experiences in property. This is her journey.<\/p>\n

Where do you live?<\/b><\/p>\n

In Mt Martha with my son, Charlie, my daughter, Jemima, and our little dog, Pierre, in a property,\u00a0Beechwood<\/i>, I purchased last year.<\/p>\n

Have you changed anything about your home?<\/b><\/p>\n

I did a major 12-week renovation with the help of my KWD (Kate Walker Design) team. Essentially, the only thing that remains is the building structure and the roof. And the exterior renovation was as extensive as the interior renovation.<\/p>\n

One more thing you\u2019d change?<\/b><\/p>\n

Add a second storey and put in a full master suite upstairs to make the most of the bay views.<\/p>\n
