Photo: Greg Briggs <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Melbourne\u2019s love affair with wine is more alive than ever with a plethora of wine bars and cellars hitting the city\u2019s newest apartment towers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rising role of wine in the apartment market is being driven by wealthy downsizers with a penchant for a good drop. Private cellars in penthouses are the peak luxury offering, followed by communal wine storage facilities and private wine fridges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe width=\"1\" height=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business is booming for wine cellar designer Nigel Pemberton.
