Location HUB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">A Bathurst-based real estate agent has been cleared of intimidation and larceny charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael Whittaker has had the eight charges laid against him at the Bathurst Local Court dropped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REB understands the charges, which were brought forward by NSW Police in late January, were withdrawn by police on Wednesday, 1 April 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Whittaker has been operating in the real estate industry since 1994, kicking off his career as a sales supporter at the age of 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He currently serves as a principal at Bathurst Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SOURCE: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realestatebusiness.com.au\/breaking-news\/19721-all-charges-dropped-against-bathurst-agent\">REB<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PHOTO: Bathurst &#8211;
