They put it up for sale in November 2017 as part of plans to dissolve their business partnership and split up the remaining assets.<\/p>\n<p>Title deeds show Mr Greentree acquired full ownership of the property last year, when his private company Prime Grain acquired the other half held by Limthono Pty Ltd, the company of his business partner.<\/p>\n<p>It was transferred for a zero amount. At the time it had an unimproved valuation of $16.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>According to Rural Bank\u2019s 2020 Australian Farmland Values Report, the median selling price of farmland in Coonamble in 2019 was $2543 a hectare. Based on this figure, Muttama Station could be worth in excess of $31 million.<\/p>\n<p>READ MORE VIA <a
