{"id":27424,"date":"2020-09-09T10:22:37","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T22:22:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?p=27424"},"modified":"2020-09-09T10:24:22","modified_gmt":"2020-09-08T22:24:22","slug":"another-us-agency-enters-uk-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/another-us-agency-enters-uk-market\/","title":{"rendered":"Another US agency enters UK market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PHOTO: Nest Seekers International Hosted Real Estate Party of the Year for Million Dollar Listing Star Ryan Serhant | Nest Seekers &#8211; Patrick McMullan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another US real estate agency wants to follow Keller Williams,\u00a0Berkshire Hathaway and others by opening in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Nest Seekers International calls itself \u201ca game changing firm\u201d and has been the subject of TV\u00a0reality property shows including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills\u00a0and The World\u2019s Most Luxurious Homes.<\/p>\n<p>The agency has just opened offices at Moorgate in London and in central Manchester and has a team of \u201cexperienced real estate agents selling some of the most spectacular homes in the UK\u201d according to a launch statement.<\/p>\n<p>It is a commission-only agency but individual brokers are incentivised to obtain higher fees.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions currently include a \u00a327m Grade II listed house in Knightsbridge, a bespoke Victorian warehouse loft conversion at Nine Elms, and properties in\u00a0Mayfair, Chelsea, the Wentworth Estate in Surrey and in Cheshire.<\/p>\n<p>Nest Seekers is set to open an office in Dublin later this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe model provides unmatched support, marketing, and technology to develop our agents as individual brands and create new, independent rock stars of real estate.
