Here\u00a0are some of the stats of this year\u2019s biggest dealmakers.<\/p>\n

REB, with Momentum Intelligence, is pleased to reveal the top 50 dealmakers for 2020.<\/p>\n

The annual ranking system, now in its fourth year, takes into account the three cornerstones of dealmaking: volume, year-on-year growth, and consistency of performance.<\/p>\n

According to REB news editor Grace Ormsby, this year\u2019s ranking list is all the more impressive given the unprecedented events that have occurred over the last 12 months.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past year, Australia\u2019s real estate agents have had to contend with natural disasters and a pandemic the likes of which have never before been seen,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAgents recognised as top dealmakers have not only displayed their skills and ability to finalise deals, but they\u2019ve also shown a remarkable ability to adapt and thrive in an uncertain environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the profile of a top dealmaker agent in 2020 is largely similar\u00a0with the profile of the top-ranked dealmakers in 2019, the number of deals being closed by the top 50 has increased from an average of 85 deals last year to an average of 98 this year.<\/p>\n

It means each agent is putting away, on average,\u00a0eight deals per month.<\/p>\n

For dealmakers who have made the 2020 ranking, 14 years is the average amount of experience held by agents.<\/p>\n

Ranked agents, on average, hold an average consistency score of 96.3, with an average growth factor of 30.<\/p>\n

When it comes to the top 10 ranked dealmakers, the average stats become all the more impressive: Each agent has 13 years of experience, showcasing a consistency score of 97.66, and finalising approximately 107 deals over the 12-month period\u00a0\u2014 or nine per month.<\/p>\n
