role=\"list\" data-component=\"List\">\n<li class=\"\" data-component=\"ListItem\">More than 80 properties with overdue rates went under the hammer in far-west NSW last week<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-component=\"ListItem\">Multiple blocks of land sold for just a dollar each<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-component=\"ListItem\">The most expensive property was a house in Wilcannia for $35,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">More than 80 properties went under the hammer across the far-west of New South Wales last week, with the most expensive purchase selling for just 3 per cent of Sydney&#8217;s median house price.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">Multiple vacant landlocked blocks sold for a single dollar each.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;That was just the bid that we got and there was no reserve, so they just got sold for a dollar,&#8221; real estate agent Clifford Wren said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;It was pretty pointless to the general person to
