href=\"https:\/\/www.domain.com.au\/38c-grey-street-st-kilda-vic-3182-13794576\">advertised at $2295<\/a>\u00a0a week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mr McCann said the home was priced to lease, adding that his agency had one of its most productive letting months of the past two years in December as Melbourne emerged from its extended lockdown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201c[Lockdown] created a bit of a
