team members have announced today they have agreed to purchase the business from Dexar Group for an undisclosed sum.<\/h4>\n<p>The partnership includes members of the company\u2019s head office team, including Managing Director Leanne Pilkington, and some of the network\u2019s highest-profile and longest-serving principals, including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?client=internal-element-cse&amp;cx=007736748303843525207:i95wheizs-a&amp;q=https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/how-dleanne-lewis-became-a-powerhouse-of-sydneys-elite-property-scene\/&amp;sa=U&amp;ved=2ahUKEwji_9C7167uAhW0xTgGHdhTBdQQFjADegQICBAB&amp;usg=AOvVaw2djj2Wh8ffZKHrG9E0ockz\">D\u2019Leanne Lewis<\/a>, Ray Fayad and Nicholas Efrossynis, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director <a Pilkington, who is also the current President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW<\/a>, said the purchase by members of the network demonstrates the value and belief in the brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the opportunity to acquire Laing+Simmons arose, the demand among franchisees was strong and the offer was fully subscribed quickly, demonstrating the belief in the brand,\u201d Ms Pilkington said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLaing+Simmons has been a fixture in the New South Wales real estate landscape since 1967.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe recognise the industry is undergoing rapid evolution, which means
