href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=Adelaide&amp;submit=Search\">Adelaide<\/a>, where\u00a0buyers and sellers are seeing big price bumps in recent months.<\/p>\n<section class=\"vB11C _1tnlo expert says prices are trending up across the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">The cottage at Glenunga, in Adelaide&#8217;s inner-south-east was advertised for three weeks before being sold at auction for $2.05 million, despite its condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">Agent Daniel Oliver had a feeling<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>it would gain plenty of interest<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>after advertising for the 1,200-square-metre property went live.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;Within two hours we actually got an offer that came in at $1.5 million, which was $200,000 above what the owner wanted, which would have been a great result,&#8221; Mr Oliver said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">That trend continued in the weeks leading up to the auction, with 88 buyers wanting to purchase the property before auction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">The 1950s cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it&#8217;s not in good shape.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"_1w6Cw _1pc-9 _2b4MK\" data-component=\"Pullquote\">\n<blockquote class=\"_3imm8\">\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;The walls are being propped up at the moment,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/aside>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">He said there were about 500 people at the auction with nearly 50 registered bidders.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"13210826\" class=\"_2w-Eq _1w6Cw
