href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=The+Block&amp;submit=Search\"><em>The Block<\/em><\/a>\u00a0is still for sale, more than two months after its original buyer\u00a0failed to settle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Rumours swirled earlier this year that a white knight had swooped in to buy Jimmy and Tam\u2019s 1950s-style home, but no claim has been lodged on the title and the home is still available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Potential buyers have been touring the stylish Palm Springs-inspired residence, which features five bedrooms, a pool, barbecue, Gaggenau kitchen appliances and double garage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It comes as the <a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=Melbourne+property+market&amp;submit=Search\">Melbourne property market<\/a> has been rising strongly this year so far, with a February auction clearance rate of 75.3 per cent, the highest since April 2017.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cHouse 5 is currently for sale off market through <a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=McGrath+estate+agents&amp;submit=Search\">McGrath estate agents<\/a>, who originally had the listing,\u201d\u00a0<em>The Block<\/em>\u00a0executive producer and co-creator Julian Cress said in a statement to\u00a0<em>Domain<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cPotential buyers and some buyers advocates have been taken through the
