href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=Melbourne&amp;submit=Search\">Melbourne <\/a>real estate agent has been charged with causing deficiencies in his agency\u2019s trust account and fraudulently converting the money to his own use, totalling $158,415.<\/p>\n<p>Amit Miglani faces more than 100 charges in his capacity as officer in effective control of SNM Properties Pty Ltd, trading as MIG Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged offences began in November 2017 and extended until September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The 43-year-old allegedly converted funds to his own use on more than 50
