Bruce Drayton and Simon Marsh have sold their Potts Point<\/a> backpackers to a developer for an eye-watering figure \u2014 and they\u2019ve already got their eye on their next purchase.<\/p>\n

The couple were out car shopping today, and when asked what they were interested in Marsh said: \u201cI\u2019d like a Bentley.\u201d<\/p>\n

They can probably afford it, having sold Backpackers HQ, which consists of two four-storey terraces with 21 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms and an old sandstone dungeon at\u00a0172-174 Victoria Street<\/a>\u00a0for circa $10m via Jane Schumann, director of Raine and Horne Potts Point, and son Samuel Schumann.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re very happy \u2014 it was in excess of the reserve,\u201d says Drayton.<\/p>\n
