It&#8217;s what they do best,&#8221; Ms\u00a0Mercorella said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;Agents also have access to a database of active buyers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;This enables them to offer &#8216;off market&#8217; sales to sellers who prefer discretion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">&#8220;It also offers a massive kickstart to a sales campaign immediately attracting buyers whose needs and wants to match the property.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1HzXw\">Ms\u00a0Mercorella said in Queensland,\u00a0real estate agents\u00a0facilitate contracts for sale, reducing legal costs
