Picture: Newscorp Sunday Telegraph \/ Gaye Gerard <span class=\"image-source\"><em>Source: News Corp Australia<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"description\">Covid-19 has pushed Aussie home price growth as much as 150 per cent higher than would have been the case without a pandemic it has been revealed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"story-content\">\n<p>According to a report from top four accounting firm KPMG,<a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=real+estate+prices&amp;submit=Search\"> real estate prices<\/a> are substantially higher than would have been the case without the virus.<\/p>\n<p><i>The Impact of Covid on Australia\u2019s Residential Property Market\u00a0<\/i>looked into how the property market has performed over the last 18 months when compared to a \u2018no-Covid scenario\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The report found, in <a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=Sydney&amp;submit=Search\">Sydney<\/a> the incredible 25 per cent price growth under Covid-19 is almost double the likely 13 per cent growth the market would have experienced without the pandemic.
