{"id":33828,"date":"2021-08-10T11:06:18","date_gmt":"2021-08-09T23:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?p=33828"},"modified":"2021-08-10T11:06:18","modified_gmt":"2021-08-09T23:06:18","slug":"online-sales-boost-for-real-estate-platform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/online-sales-boost-for-real-estate-platform\/","title":{"rendered":"Online sales boost for real estate platform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PHOTO: RESO founders Bill Waterhouse (left) and Andrew Robertson at the site of the first sale using the platform in 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Australian online real estate platform RESO will this week announce plans to list on the Australian stock exchange and launch its product into New Zealand and Asia.<\/p>\n<p>The startup was founded in 2018 by Bill Waterhouse and Andrew Robertson and its online platform is now being used by more than 800 <a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=real+estate+agents&amp;submit=Search\">real estate agents<\/a> across Australia.<\/p>\n<p>RESO is designed to host the private treaty sales process in an online portal and also has a ranking feature that lets prospective buyers see where their offer sits in a leaderboard-style ranking.<\/p>\n<p>The ranking process does not disclose exact bid amounts but gives prospective buyers an indication of how close they are to the top of the list before final offers are called.
