The relatives of a Holocaust survivor are more than $37m richer after this week\u2019s sale of an oceanfront duplex in the streets paved with gold on North Bondi\u2019s Ben Buckler peninsula.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The two three-bedroom residences at\u00a0156 Brighton Boulevard, owned by the daughter and grandson of the late Naftali \u2018Neff\u2019 Kirsch and his late wife, Rose, sold for more than $15m, sources said, on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

This follows the August 1 sale of six apartments next door at\u00a0154 Brighton Boulevard, owned by the daughter and her son and his siblings, that fetched \u201cwell over $22m\u201d.<\/p>\n

Neff and Rose had bought the site of the apartments for 50,000 pounds in 1965 and the duplex in 1971 for an unknown amount.<\/p>\n

Raine and Horne Double Bay\/Bondi Beach principal Ric Serrao and Laing and Simmons Double Bay\u2019s Steven Zoellner are bound by confidentiality agreements and couldn\u2019t discuss the sale prices or the purchasers of either property<\/p>\n

However, a caveat placed on the title for apartment block a few weeks ago showed it was bought by Michelle Kalinko, wife of personal training and energy boss Kevin Kalinko, who reside in Vauluse.<\/p>\n

Serrao and Zoellner had listed the properties in July with a guide of $30m for both or $15m each.<\/p>\n

At the time, Neff and Rose\u2019s daughter, Sonya, had told the Wentworth Courier exclusively that her parents had \u201ccome with nothing\u201d when they arrived in Sydney 70 years ago in an inspiring rags to riches story.<\/p>\n

Neff, a Polish Jew, had been interned in the Nazi concentration camp Bergen-Belsen and Rose was penniless and stateless as a Jew forced from Egypt.<\/p>\n
