Former bank teller Arjun Paliwal has bought 13 properties across Australia and the world using a simple approach that he claims can be easily replicated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 29 year-old Sydney resident said leveraging data and using market forces to his advantage was behind the success of his portfolio now worth over $8 million.<\/p>\n

He revealed it\u2019s also an approach he learned the hard way through a series of missteps with his first investments.<\/p>\n

Mr Paliwal investments include 13 properties across six cities in Australia, as well as New Zealand and the US, including two commercial properties.<\/p>\n

Following the purchase of his first home in the Sydney suburb of Glenwood in 2015, he began investing with a property buyer who showed him \u201cwhat not to do\u201d.<\/p>\n

Two out of three property purchases were \u201cduds\u201d and following their sale, he decided to go it alone. Mr Paliwal now helps other aspiring investors climb the property ladder with his buying agency, InvestorKit, which uses the methods developed over the past several years.<\/p>\n

His most successful purchase was this block of four flats in Burnie, Tasmania.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
