How to Become a Real Estate Agent in Los Angeles<\/h2>\n

Each state has different requirements to get a real estate license<\/p>\n

To get a real estate salesperson license in the state of California, you must be aged over 18 and have the necessary qualifications.<\/p>\n

What qualifications do I need to become a real estate agent in Los Angeles?<\/p>\n

In California, you must successfully complete three college-level courses<\/p>\n

The third course can be chosen from 12 options which are: Real Estate Appraisal, Property Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Office Administration, General Accounting, Business Law, Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending, Computer Applications in Real Estate and Common Interest Developments.<\/p>\n

These courses are a minimum of 45 hours in length and members of the California State Bar don’t need to take these.<\/p>\n
