After four years in her Coral Gables, Florida, dwelling, supermodel and entrepreneur Elle Macpherson has listed the Normandy-inspired home for $29 million. The residence was designed by architect Chad Oppenheim, built in 2017, and renovated by AD100 firm Sawyer | Berson once Macpherson took ownership in 2018. It is ideal for an owner with an extensive art collection, something that Macpherson took advantage of.

During Macpherson’s time there, the space emphasized play, with a sophisticated James Perse ping pong table in the double height foyer and a Domeau & Pérès and Bonzini foosball table adjacent to the kitchen’s informal dining area, plus a saltwater pool in the backyard and 1.7 acres of landscaped grounds available for leisure time. Located in the Journey’s End gated community, a private dock and tennis courts are also available to residents. The $29 million asking price marks a significant bump from the $8.1 million Macpherson paid for the property in 2018.
