{"id":39504,"date":"2022-07-11T10:51:51","date_gmt":"2022-07-10T22:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?p=39504"},"modified":"2022-07-11T10:51:51","modified_gmt":"2022-07-10T22:51:51","slug":"rising-real-estate-agent-busted-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/rising-real-estate-agent-busted-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Rising real estate agent BUSTED again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PHOTO: Olivia Wathen<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"vJOb1e aIfcHf Hw13jc\">\n<div class=\"iRPxbe\">\n<div class=\"GI74Re nDgy9d\">A rising real estate agent was busted drink driving while she was already on a bond for possessing cocaine.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"GI74Re nDgy9d\"><a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=Olivia+Wathen&amp;submit=Search\">Olivia Wathen<\/a>, 24, was charged with <em>mid-range<\/em> drink driving on February 25 this year after police noticed she was driving on the wrong side of the road.<\/li>\n<li class=\"GI74Re nDgy9d\">Previously a court heard how police caught a tearful real estate agent drink driving because she was driving on the wrong side of a road divided by a median strip after a night out.<\/li>\n<li class=\"GI74Re nDgy9d\">Wathen was already on a one-year conditional release order without conviction at the time for possessing cocaine, with the bond active until April this year. Wathen made a tearful appearance at Sutherland Local Court where she pleaded guilty and represented herself for sentencing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
