A waterfront estate with boating facilities and waterside views has been offered to the market for the first time in 35 years.

The four bedroom and three bathroom property at 15 Huntleys Point Rd at Huntleys Point gives buyers the opportunity to secure a rare waterfront estate nine kilometres away from the Sydney CBD.

Vendors Jim and Patty McDonald have owned the property for a number of years, surrounded by other families in the cul-de-sac location.

Now in their 80s, Mr McDonald said the time was right to downsize to a smaller home.

“It’s been a fantastic spot for us over the years since we’ve been there,” Mr McDonald said.

“Our kids have grown up with a boat moored down near the jetty and small sailing boats to move around the Harbour.”

“As we’ve gotten older its been harder to maintain; the property’s big garden is around 1,195 sqm! We’d love another family to move into the space.”
