Interested parties, such as owner-occupiers, builders, and developers, have engaged in discussions with BresicWhitney, seeking opportunities of this magnitude.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike the neighboring houses, the property, spanning 2,906 square feet, does not face any heritage restrictions that would limit the actions of its future owner. Whitney emphasizes that this presents a rare opportunity in Redfern, an area predominantly characterized by early-century Victorian architecture in the form of terrace houses. As the property falls beyond the boundaries of the Redfern Estate Heritage Conservation Area, where preservation of the original Victorian architecture is obligatory, the prospective owners have the
