This alleged action led the landowner to believe that no other offer existed, resulting in the property being sold for approximately $27,500 less than the other offer.<\/p>\n<h3>Search Warrant and Electronic Evidence Seizure<\/h3>\n<p>On 8 August 2022, the Cloncurry Rural and Stock Crime Squad, in collaboration with the Electronic Evidence Unit, executed a search warrant at a Cloncurry business.
