(AP Photo\/Rick Bowmer, Pool)<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>HEBER CITY, Utah: Lawsuit Alleges Fraud by Children&#8217;s Author and Real Estate Agent Kouri Richins<\/h1>\n<h2>Hearing Reveals Allegations of Toxic Mold in Sold Home<\/h2>\n<p>A hearing took place on Monday as part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by a couple against Kouri Richins, a renowned children&#8217;s author and <a href=\"https:\/\/propertynoise.co.nz\/au\/?s=real+estate+agent&amp;submit=Search\">real estate agent<\/a>, based on allegations of fraud related to the sale of a home in Heber City in 2020. The residence, according to the plaintiffs, was said to contain toxic mold.<\/p>\n<p>Richins, the proprietor of K. The plaintiffs claim that these issues were a result of undisclosed preexisting problems, including improper installations, that were not disclosed prior to their purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Upon inspection, experts allegedly found hazardous levels of fungus in the basement bedroom, where the clients&#8217; child resided, as well as in other parts of the property.
