His unwavering self-assurance and determination propelled him from the schoolyard to the prominent realm of real estate. At an impressive age of 27, he boasts a tally of around 2000 property sales, clinching the title of NSW&#8217;s top residential agent at the Annual REA Excellence Awards twice.<\/p>\n<p>Diverging from the majority of uber-successful Sydney agents, Tesolin&#8217;s territory excludes the upscale waterside neighborhoods or beachside suburbs. As the principal of Ray White Quakers Hill, he commands a realm within the western suburbs.<\/p>\n<p>A Family Legacy A fervor for sales courses through Mr. Tesolin&#8217;s veins. Through gradual promotions, he transitioned to a sales role and eventually launched his own Ray White establishment, also situated in Quakers Hill, in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Positioned 40km northwest of the CBD, this suburb boasts a median house price slightly exceeding $1 million. Predominantly comprised of detached single and two-story residences, alongside townhouses and duplexes \u2013 exemplified by the recent sale of a four-bedroom property at 9 Manorhouse Boulevard, which fetched $1,078,000 under Mr. Tesolin&#8217;s guidance. Amid the housing boom of 2021, he executed over 350 sales, almost averaging one per day, earning him the mantle of Ray White&#8217;s top-performing agent globally. He amassed a substantial $7 million in commissions that year, setting an unparalleled record for Ray White.<\/p>\n<p>He attributes his remarkable accomplishments to an unwavering commitment and &#8220;sacrifice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am engaged seven days a week, not missing a single day last year,&#8221; he disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Despite marrying in October, I postponed my honeymoon until Christmas. Many referrals come from a strong community presence,&#8221; he shared.<\/p>\n<p>While he embodies the business&#8217;s public face, he&#8217;s swift to acknowledge his team&#8217;s indispensable support. Overseeing a rapidly expanding crew of over 30 individuals, including his mother Annette and wife Sophie as general manager and office manager, respectively.
