Waiting until Spring to list their latest project has proven to be a wise decision for Drew and Larissa Ezzy, as they have just achieved a record-breaking sale in a modest Brisbane<\/a> suburb. Their newly built home, which had been eagerly snapped up by a local buyer in a mere 12 hours, has set a new benchmark for the area.<\/p>\n

“We couldn’t believe it,” exclaimed Mr. Ezzy. “It didn’t even make it to the first open house; it was incredible! We were waiting for Spring to list it because we knew that was probably the best time to launch.”<\/p>\n

This remarkable achievement came in the form of a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house located at 61 Prince St, Virginia, which fetched an impressive $2.45 million. The previous highest sale in the suburb was back in December 2021 when a house in Royal Street sold for $2.285 million. The Ezzys had originally purchased the property for $1.05 million in 2021 and subsequently embarked on a significant reconstruction.<\/p>\n
