THE AUSTRALIAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A woman who was accused of assaulting the former Northern Territory chief minister with a crepe has had her real estate license revoked due to allegations of harassing tenants. Suzanne Lee Milgate, the sole owner of Milgate Real Estate in Darwin, faced assault charges after a video captured her allegedly pushing a cream-covered crepe into then-chief minister Natasha Fyles&#8217;s face at Nightcliff markets.<\/p>\n<p>While Milgate is contesting the criminal charges, the NT Agents Licensing Board decided to revoke her real estate license. She further used application details to seek a rental reference from the tenant&#8217;s former property manager, expressing disappointment when the reference was positive.<\/p>\n<p>Upon facing legal action from the tenants, Milgate sent a brief apology to their lawyers, acknowledging that her actions were inappropriate. The board stated that Milgate, in her personal capacity, should not be in charge of a real estate agency, deeming her actions towards the tenants as inexcusable.
