Who says you can’t buy a house on a full section in Auckland for under $600,000?
A three-bedroom weatherboard house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Manurewa, Auckland has sold in a mortgagee sale this week for $560,000, which is the same amount as the CV.
The house, on a fenced 716 square-metre flat section, was described by listing agency Bayleys One Tree Hill as “a blank canvas for the keen gardener, (with) ample room for children to play outdoors”.
