• An Auckland couple are leaving two charities a fair deal richer, having chosen them as the main beneficiaries of the proceeds of their deceased Remuera estate.

Bayleys’ saleswoman Jude Finch said Brian and Beth Frankham lived in the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home for all of the more than 50 years they were married.

The Rangitoto Avenue home has a 2014 Auckland Council valuation of $1.56 million.
