A real estate agent who failed to tell prospective buyers of massive roadworks has been found guilty of misconduct by the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal.

Indra Prasad, then with Harcourts Image Realty Ltd in Manukau, failed to tell interested house hunters a property would be effected by scheduled road widening before the property was sold at auction, the tribunal found.

The property lost 107 square metres to the Redoubt Road-Mill Road Corridor Project.
