It might be a good time to consider rental property investment – and not such a great time to be a tenant, an Auckland real estate agency says.
Barfoot & Thompson has released its Auckland rental market update for the December quarter.
It shows the average weekly rent for a three-bedroom house on its books was $547, up 4.3 per cent from the year before.
